Mission

Make sure anyone touching a Koder product instantly recognizes the ecosystem, and every team builds on the same tokens, patterns, and behaviors. Every visual artifact in this site is rendered from its own spec — the same source of truth the code consumes.

Governance

Specs live in meta/docs/stack/specs/. Policies guide cross-cutting decisions (reuse, self-hosted, multi-tenancy). RFCs ratify architectural shifts. This page is owner-curated — editorial principles, proposal process, and release cadence will be expanded here.
